The Story of Creators: The Architecture and Art Adventure of Efe and Güliz Urgunlu

Efe Urgunlu took his architecture story, which he started at Mimar Sinan University, to a turning point after 22 years. After food and retail focused interior architecture projects, he started his professional life with his foundry adventure as one of the creators of Atelier Terra Madre.

Güliz Urgunlu spent 20 years in the television industry as a Casting Director and Actor Manager. Becoming interested in ceramics turned the hobby period he and Efe spent into a complete lifestyle. This evolution was a real turning point in their lives. By leaving their 20 years of work in the television industry and making a fresh start, Efe and Güliz founded Atelier Terra Madre. Their dream is for their designs to reach the homes and tables of valuable collectors and aesthetically minded people all over the world.
