Rolls-Royce Arcadia Droptail: A Unique Art of Automobile

Rolls royce announced the new achievement of the Coachbuild Design department, which represents the pinnacle of its capabilities in creating unique automobiles. Following La Rose Noire Droptail and Amethyst Droptail, "Arcadia Droptail" was added to the car series, which will have only four special expressions. Its name comes from the legendary land of "Arcadia", which is described as heaven on earth in Greek mythology and is famous for its extraordinary natural beauty. Coach's craftsmen build each car by honoring the customer's vision. Rolls-Royce's new bespoke car, Arcadia Droptail, was inspired by the theme of calm.

Inspiration and Design Details

coachbuilding designers explored design, sculpture, architecture from the client's favorite locations around the world to capture the theme of serenity. He designed the car around British 'Biomimetic' architecture, which celebrates organic forms and material honesty, as well as the sensibility and opulence of the modernist tropical sky gardens seen in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Design and Workmanship

The exterior color palette of the bodywork masterpiece is full of fine details, a dual color scheme for the body was developed by the design team. The palette reflects sunlight and combines intricate design details with shadow play. What appears to be a solid white color at first glance, appears in direct light with shimmering sparkles and a pure natural form.

Luxury and Details

The elegance of the exterior design continues in the interior. The focus of the details is on wood, Santos Straight Grain was chosen for its unique pattern and color tones, a high density wood species, intertwined grain pattern, rich texture and visual interest. The brand's craftsmen assembled 233 pieces of wood into the interior, despite the difficulties of working with this delicate material.
