Entering the new year with field operations in Çanakkale, which embodies the spirit of national struggle, Türk Telekom increased the length of its fiber network to 435 thousand kilometers with the work carried out in Karacaören Village of Çanakkale. Türk Telekom, which covers every corner of Turkey from the east to the west, from the north to the south, with fiber networks, fiberizes the historical Gallipoli Peninsula and Gökçeada, located in the westernmost part of Turkey, by drawing lines from many different points under the sea, while providing every corner of the country with a speed of 1000 Mbps. connects it to the internet.

The fiber infrastructure works we carried out on the Malkara-Çanakkale highway are a good example of this. Just as the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge connects the two sides of the Dardanelles, we, as Türk Telekom, connect both sides of the Bosphorus with fiber networks. We connect the Gallipoli Peninsula, which has a very valuable place in our history, and Gökçeada, located in the westernmost part of our country, with undersea fiber. Our fiberization rate in Çanakkale Center has reached 97 percent; With our fiber network length of 435 thousand km, our household coverage throughout Turkey reached 32,2 million. Fiberization rate approached 100 percent in Gelibolu and Gökçeada

 Türk Telekom offers 12 Mbps internet service to its users in 11 of the 1000 districts of Çanakkale with the infrastructure operations it carries out. With Türk Telekom's fiber transformation efforts, the fiberization rate in Çanakkale Center, including rural areas, increased to 97 percent. Bringing infrastructure to the Historical Peninsula with many different lines passing under the sea, Türk Telekom increased the fiberization rate in Gelibolu to 94 percent and in Gökçeada, located in the westernmost part of Turkey, to 96 percent. Türk Telekom, which contributes to smart transportation systems by providing fiber infrastructure on the route covering the Istanbul-Malkara-Çanakkale Highway, will provide driving safety as well as the technological infrastructure of the Main Control Center, Master Data and Disaster Recovery Centers that will enable fast, effective and coordinated intervention. created in this way. In addition, the highway's inspection control, data collection (SCADA) infrastructure, digital message and traffic sign (VMS-VTS) systems, traffic control system software and payment systems software, and the data communication structure of the toll booths were carried out under the responsibility of Türk Telekom in a redundant manner.
