With this structuring, Dr. Mustafa Oğuzcan Bülbül will serve as Abdi İbrahim Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Sustainability Group President as of January 1, 2024.
Mustafa Oğuzcan Bülbül graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration with honors in 2001. In the same year, he passed the entrance exam organized by the Competition Authority and started working as an "Assistant Competition Expert".
Mustafa Oğuzcan Bülbül, who was promoted to Competition Specialist in 2005, worked in the files of the sectors falling under the responsibility of the Competition Authority First Audit and Implementation Department. Bülbül returned to Turkey after completing her master's degree in "International Energy Policies and Management" at Columbia University, Faculty of International Relations and Public Administration with a high honor degree in 2009. He received his doctorate degree with his thesis topic "Effect on Stock Prices".
Dr. worked at Anadolu Efes for 9 years and most recently managed all legal compliance risks, communication activities and sustainability strategies of the company, especially competition law. Bülbül has served as Corporate Relations, Sustainability and Communications Director at Abdi İbrahim since 2019.
Dr., who speaks advanced English. M. Oğuzcan Bülbül is married and has two children.
