Represented in our country by Doğan Trend Automotive, Suzuki commissioned a new warranty system called “My Guarantee from Suzuki is ON” for Suzuki branded vehicles belonging to 2016 model and above individual end customers by its authorized dealers. Customers within the scope of the “My Warranty is ON from Suzuki” program provide free repair or replacement of defective parts by Suzuki Authorized Services against mechanical, electrical and electronic failures that may occur due to wear, tear, accidents or other external factors. with which they can be protected. Starting from the end of the 0-year basic manufacturer's warranty of Suzuki vehicles sold as 3 km, Suzuki automobiles up to 10 years old or up to 180.000 km can benefit from the "My Warranty from Suzuki is ON" program free of charge, as long as they come to the authorized services for periodic maintenance. After each periodic maintenance, 1 year or 15.000 km more is covered by the warranty. There is no requirement to be the first owner of the vehicle within the scope of the program. In this way, those who have their periodic maintenance done at Suzuki Authorized Services will be able to use their vehicles with greater confidence and satisfaction, in addition to preserving the second-hand values of their vehicles under Suzuki repair guarantee. Within the scope of the program, roadside assistance service is also provided once a year free of charge.
