FIRE FIRE PURCHASE ANNOUNCEMENT
In order to be employed within the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, subject to the Civil Servants Law No. 657; According to the provisions of the Municipal Fire Brigade Regulation, civil servants will be recruited to the specified vacant positions, provided that they have the title, class, grade, number, qualifications, KPSS type, KPSS base score and other conditions.
GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The general and special conditions to be followed in the applications to be made for the vacant firefighter cadres of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality are as follows.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION: Candidates who will apply to be appointed to the announced firefighter cadres must have the following general conditions stated in the sub-clause (A) of the first paragraph of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
Being a Turkish Citizen,
Not to be deprived of public rights,
Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; Crimes against the security of the state, even if a prison sentence or pardon for a year or more for a crime committed intentionally, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, abuse of trust, fraudulent not to be convicted of the crimes of bankruptcy, rigging the tender, rigging the execution of the act, laundering the assets arising from the crime or smuggling,
For male candidates, not having any connection with military service, or not having reached the military service age, or having completed active or postponed military service or transferred to the reserve class,
Not having mental illness or physical disability that may prevent him from performing his duty permanently,

2. APPLICATION SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
For the announced firefighter cadres, to meet the education requirement as of the school they graduated from and to have the minimum KPSS score from the types of points that will be recruited from the 2018 Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) for this education,
Weighing and measuring should be at least 1.67 meters for males, at least 1.60 meters for females on an empty stomach, on an empty stomach, and at least 1 meters for females, and there is no difference of more than 10 kilograms (+, -) between the part with a height of more than 30 meter and weight and XNUMX be under age. Height and weight determinations will be made by our municipality,
In terms of health, they must comply with the working conditions of the fire department, provided that they do not have phobia such as closed space, narrow space and height,

Not being expelled from public institutions and organizations where they worked before, for indiscipline or moral reasons,

For Foreign School Graduates, the original or notarized copy of the Certificate of Equivalence (copies can be certified by our municipality provided the original is submitted),
Original or notarized copy of the driver's license (copies can be certified by our municipality, provided that the original is submitted),
Computer printout of KPSS Result Document with verification code taken from OSYM site,
Written declaration of non-military service for male candidates,
A statement that there is no obstacle to performing his duty continuously,
2 photos taken in the last six months (1 of them will be pasted on the form),
4. APPLICATION LOCATION, DATE, METHOD AND DURATION:
Candidates, in order to take the oral and practical exam;
From 12.10.2020 until the end of working hours until 16.10.2020, the Human Resources and Training Department located in the Fire Department at Orhaniye Mahallesi Fuat Ardıç Caddesi No: 3 Menteşe / MUĞLA to measure height and weight under the supervision of health personnel, together with the documents listed above. They will complete the application process by applying personally to the application desk belonging to the Directorate Branch Office.
Applications will be made in person. Applications made by mail or other means will not be accepted.
Applications made with incomplete information and documents or without qualifications will not be evaluated.
5. EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATIONS - ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE APPLICATION ACCEPTED
1-By checking the compatibility of the TR ID number and OSYM records, the candidates will be ranked according to their KPSS scores, starting from the candidate with the highest score, the candidate will be invited to an oral and applied exam at a rate of five times the number of vacancies to be appointed,
2-Other candidates who have the same score as the last candidate to be invited to the exam will be invited to the exam.
3- Candidates who are eligible to take the exam will be announced on our municipality website www.mugla.bel.tr on 23/10/2020 with their KPSS scores, and candidates will be able to access their exam entry documents on this address.
4-This document will be presented at the entrance to the exam. No notification will be made to candidates who cannot qualify for the exam.
6. EXAM LOCATION, ZAMMEMORY AND ITS SUBJECTS:
The oral and practical exam will be held between 02.11.2020 - 11.11.2020 at Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department's campus at Orhaniye Mahallesi Fuat Ardıç Caddesi No: 3 Menteşe / MUĞLA. Exams will start at 09.00:XNUMX.
If the oral and practical exam cannot be completed on the same day, it will be continued the next day.
Candidates who do not take the exam on the announced exam date and / or cannot attend the exam due to an excuse will be deemed to have lost their right to take the exam.

7. EXAM EVALUATION - OBJECT TO THE RESULTS:
Evaluation in the fire brigade exam;
Oral examination; Constitution of Turkey, Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution, 657 Law, the Basic Law issues related to Local Government is made out of a total of 25 points, including 100 points and scores the exam board members of the passed separately report.
Practical exam; It is made over 100 full points and the points awarded by the members of the examination board are recorded in separate minutes.
Evaluation in the exam; The exam score is calculated by taking 40% of the oral part of the exam and 60% of the applied part, and the scores given by the members of the exam board are recorded in a separate report. To be considered successful in the exam, it is necessary to get at least 60 points.
The success score of the candidates for appointment is determined by taking the arithmetic average of the exam score made by the Municipality and the KPSS score and announced on the website of our Municipality.
If the success scores of the candidates are the same, the higher KPSS score will be given priority. Starting from the highest success score, the number of permanent candidates and reserve candidates as well as the number of actual candidates will be determined. The main and reserve candidate lists will be announced on the website of the Municipality and written notifications will be made to those on the list.
Exam Board; has the right to take some or none of the ones announced in the exam announcement if they find the achievement points low or not sufficient from the cadres announced for recruitment at the end of the exam.
During the applications and procedures, the examinations of those who are found to make false statements or hide the truth in any way are deemed invalid and their assignments are not made. Even if the appointments of such cases are determined, their assignments are canceled. These persons cannot claim any rights and will be filed a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor.
Exam results can be appealed in writing within seven days of the announcement of the success list on the website of the Municipality. Objections are finalized by the examination committee within seven days and the relevant person is informed in writing.
