A new era in vehicle inspections: It will no longer be mandatory!

There has been a change in vehicle inspections that concerns millions of vehicle owners. TÜVTÜRK stated that it is not mandatory for drivers who buy a new car to have an inspection during the first 3 years.

According to the news in Türkiye newspaper, TÜVTÜRK shared an important information message with the aim of increasing the safety and environmental sensitivity of vehicles registered to traffic in Turkey.

 In this invitation, the inspection procedures that vehicle owners should carry out systematically and the steps to be taken in the future were discussed in detail.

While TÜVTÜRK banned vehicles that have not been inspected from entering the traffic, it stated that it is not mandatory for drivers who buy a new car to have an inspection during the first 3 years.

PORTABLE STATIONS AND INSPECTION DETAILS

It was stated that passenger car, tractor and motorcycle inspections can be carried out at mobile stations.

It was informed that exhaust gas emission measurement was carried out only at fixed and authorized mobile stations.
