Families gathered in Canik for the morning prayer and prayed for the martyrs and Palestine.
In the "We Meet with Our Families in the Morning Prayer" program organized by Canik Municipality in the district, families came together and raised their hands to the sky for the martyrs, Gaza, Jerusalem and Palestine.
In the program held at Canik Central Mosque in cooperation with Canik Municipality and Samsun National Will Platform (SAMIR), after the morning prayer, prayers were said for the martyrs and Palestinians who lost their lives in Israeli attacks. Canik Mayor İbrahim Sandıkçı, representatives of non-governmental organizations and citizens attended the program.
Prayers were made for the martyrs of Operation Claw-Lock
Citizens lined up together during the morning prayer at the Canik Central Mosque, and after the prayer, they prayed for the soldiers martyred in the Claw-Lock Operation Region, Gaza and Jerusalem. Canik Mayor İbrahim Sandıkçı stated that terrorist organizations cannot achieve their goals and continued his words as follows: “I wish God's mercy to our heroic soldiers who ran to martyrdom for the sake of the homeland, nation and flag. Our nation and state are giving the necessary response to separatist terrorist organizations. Terrorism and its supporters who aim at the unity of our country will not achieve their goals.
"I wish success to all our security forces who continue their duties all over our country," he said.
Israel is Committing Genocide
Pointing out that Israel committed a great crime against humanity in Palestine, President İbrahim Sandıkçı said, “The terrorist state Israel continues its massacres in Palestine, including children, women, young people and the elderly. He is committing genocide against our innocent Palestinian brothers in front of the eyes of the whole world. Israel, the murderer state that occupied the Al-Aqsa Mosque and bombed places of worship and hospitals, must immediately stop its attacks and be held accountable before international law. "I once again wish God's mercy to our brothers who were martyred in Palestine," he said.
The program ended after Canik Municipality offered refreshments to the citizens.
