Peugeot E-308 Goes on Sale in Turkey: Here is its Price and Features

Peugeot introduced the E-308, the electric version of the new 308, an assertive model in the compact hatchback segment, to the Turkish market. The new Peugeot E-308 challenges its competitors in terms of design, technology, performance and range. Here are the price and features of Peugeot E-308.

Design of the New Peugeot E-308

The new Peugeot E-308 has a flawless appearance that reflects the brand's new design language. At the front, lion claw-shaped LED headlights, large Peugeot logo and black grille attract attention. On the side, a dynamic silhouette, 18-inch alloy wheels and the E-308 logo stand out. At the rear, there are full-size LED taillights, black trunk lid and diffuser.

The interior of the new Peugeot E-308 is equipped with the Peugeot 3D i-Cockpit. 10-inch touch screen, digital instrument panel, head-up display, leather steering wheel and seats, quality materials and stylish details enable the E-308 to offer a high level of comfort and ergonomics.

Technology of the New Peugeot E-308

The new Peugeot E-308 is powered by a fully electric engine. Producing 156 HP power and 270 Nm torque, the engine offers the E-308 a quiet, vibration-free and zero-emission driving experience. The E-308 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.5 seconds and its maximum speed is 170 km/h.

The battery of the new Peugeot E-308 has a capacity of 54 kWh and operates at 375 volts. According to the WLTP protocol, the battery promises a range of 510-525 km in the city and 410-413 km in the combined range. The battery can charge up to 100 percent in less than 30 minutes at a 80 kW fast charging point. In addition, it can be charged up to 5 percent in 80 hours with Wallbox, which can be used at home or at work.

The new Peugeot E-308 offers three different driving modes to optimize the driver's driving style and energy consumption: ECO, NORMAL and SPORT. While ECO mode saves energy, NORMAL mode offers an ideal balance for daily use. SPORT mode increases performance and provides a more dynamic driving. Additionally, with the BRAKE mode, energy recovery is increased when the accelerator pedal is released, making single-pedal driving possible.

The new Peugeot E-308 is on sale in Turkey as of November 2023. The price of E-308 was determined as 1 million 565 thousand TL. The new Peugeot E-308 aims to increase the demand for electric vehicles in the compact hatchback segment and strengthen the image of the Peugeot brand.
