Alfa Romeo is considered a legendary brand in the automobile world and has made a name for itself with the successful moves it has made in recent years. Now, we are proud to announce that Alfa Romeo has started working on another supercar and this model will be fully electric!

Iconic Design and Inspiration

Following the huge success of Alfa Romeo's 33 Stradale model, the Italian automaker quickly charted the roadmap for another supercar. Cristiano Fiorio, as the person responsible for strategic projects, confirmed that work is continuing on the second low-production volume and high-priced model. This new model will be inspired by the iconic Alfa Romeo models in terms of design. Customers were consulted on what design direction to take, and feedback showed that the 1963 Giulia TZ was the favourite.

Alfa Romeo's head of design, Alejandro Mesonero-Romanos, stated that the 1960 Giulietta SZ and the 1970 Montreal were among the models that customers wanted revived. This is a tribute to the future, inspired by Alfa Romeo's rich design heritage.

Special Edition and Limited Edition

The new supercar is being developed by “Bottega” within Stellantis, which is tasked with producing special and ultra-special cars, and each model will only be produced in less than 50 units. This is an indication of how special and rare the vehicle will be.

Technology and Performance

Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale emerged as a result of a development process that lasted only 16 months. This new supercar will have the advantage of using the platform of the Maserati MC20 and will come in both internal combustion engine and electric versions. However, there is an important detail that should not be forgotten; Alfa Romeo has already announced that this model will make history as the last supercar with an internal combustion engine. Therefore, this car will have a special place in the history of the brand.

Image and Profit

Cristiano Fiorio stated that the Bottega division he manages should be profitable, but he also emphasized that these supercars are not just for the purpose of making money. He said these projects helped improve Alfa Romeo's image and move the brand to a higher position in the automobile world.

All in all, Alfa Romeo's new supercar signals an exciting future in both design and performance. With its iconic design and limited production, this vehicle will continue to excite automobile enthusiasts.
