Max Verstappen was recently spotted driving on the 18 highway from Menton to Provence in France. Under the Dutch driver was the Adrian Newey's Aston Martin Valkyrie.

The most striking and “disturbing to some” aspect of the video was Verstappen driving 90 km/h where he should have gone at 124 km/h.

Criticisms made on social media also include Verstappen's driving the vehicle with one hand while driving at 124 km/h and writing on the screen with the other hand.

Verstappen will be investigated for "putting the lives of others in danger" by speeding in his three million-euro race car, the newspaper Nice Martin reported.

So far, no confirmation has been received on the subject.

Below are some comments on Verstappen's driving:

  • “Verstappen drives very dangerously. It puts others at risk.”
  • “Verstappen should know better as a professional driver. This behavior is unacceptable.”
  • “Verstappen must be punished. He has no right to endanger others.”

The outcome of the investigation into Verstappen's driving is eagerly awaited.
