Alex Rins thinks Honda isn't giving him enough support

Alex Rins has joined Honda's satellite team LCR for the 2023 MotoGP season. However, Rins feels that Honda isn't giving him enough support.

“My relationship with Ken was very different from that at Suzuki and what I expected,” Rins said on the Spanish edition of Motorsport.com's Por Orejas podcast. “I don't know if it was from Ken or Honda, but communication was very poor.”

Rins also said that Honda gave him different parts and motorcycles. Rins said, “It's not that Honda isn't giving me technical support; it was more about a lack of confidence, that he no longer trusted me for improvement.”

Rins is the only Honda rider to win so far this season, with a victory at the US GP. But Rins hasn't competed since breaking his leg at Mugello in June.

Rins could return to racing this weekend at the Austrian GP.
