Interesting move from Ferrari to reach Red Bull staff

According to Auto Motor und Sport, Ferrari is looking to sign Mercedes' performance director Loïc Serra from Red Bull in 2025.

Serra has been working at Mercedes since 2017 and has brought many successes to the team during this time. In 2021, Mercedes won the Formula 1 World Championship under Serra's leadership.

Although Red Bull does not want to lose Serra, it is stated that Ferrari can offer him a good offer. Ferrari is willing to give Red Bull an 18-month paid mandatory leave to sign Serra.

If Serra leaves Red Bull, he will serve as Ferrari's assistant manager. Ferrari is also interested in signing Red Bull coach Pierre Waché to sign Serra.

If Ferrari can't sign Waché, they want to sign Enrico Balbo as assistant manager. Balbo currently works at Alfa Romeo and is an experienced engineer.
