The second race of the AVIS 2023 Turkey Climbing Championship was held in Kartepe, Kocaeli on 5-31 June with the participation of 24 athletes in 25 different categories. Organized by Kocaeli Automobile Sports Club (KOSK) with the contributions of ICRYPEX, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kartepe Municipality, the race was highly competitive.
Sevcan Sağıroğlu from Atış Motorsport won the first place in Category 25 in the race, which was run on a 6-kilometer-long track on Sunday, June 3, with İbrahim Cabacı from Ülkü Motorsport coming in second and İlker Aktaş from the same team on the podium. In Category 1, Tuncer Sancaklı from Atış Motorsport was the fastest name of the day, while Burak Title from Atış Motorsport became the winner in Category 2. Murat Soycopur from the same team took the second place, while Eda Soylu from the Neo Motorspor team took the third place. In Category 3, Ümit Ülkü from Ülkü Motorsport was the victor, and the same zambest of the day at 03:18,63 zamHe also recorded the moment. In this category, Cem Yalın from GP Garage My Team finished the day in second place, while İsmet Toktaş from Atış Motorsport took third place. Bahadır Sevinç from Ülkü Motorsport won the first place in Category 5, while Cemil Memic became the second athlete. In the women's category, Sevcan Sağıroğlu in Category 1, Eda Soylu in Category 3 and Kübra Denizci in Category 4 became the winners of the race, where Atış Motorsports took the first place in the teams.
AVIS 2023 Turkey Climbing Championship will continue with the third leg race to be held in Gemlik Şahintepe by Bursa Automobile Sports Club (BOSSEK) on 15-16 July.
