Energica Motor Company, the world leader in high performance electric motorcycles and electric vehicle system integrations, has joined forces with lubricants giant PETRONAS Lubricants as Energica's Industrial Partner and Energica's Racing America Main Sponsor for the 2023 season.
Energica is currently supporting the Tytlers Cycle Racing team in Roland Sand Design's Super Hooligan National Championship, part of the MotoAmerica lineup, with invaluable know-how and amazing equipment. Energica is the only electric manufacturer to compete with other ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) participants all season.

PETRONAS Lubricants is represented by PETRONAS Iona, the company's new generation fluid brand specifically designed for electric vehicles, which includes e-Transmission fluids, e-Coolants and e-Greases. PETRONAS Lubricants has added Energica to its list of partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to expand its “Fluid Technology Solutions™” range that meets the demanding requirements of electric vehicles.
Since the launch of PETRONAS Iona in 2019, PETRONAS Lubricants has taken steps in the company's pursuit of sustainability with full-scale programs to support electric vehicles, reduce environmental impact, increase clean energy use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote the circular economy. From a motorcycle perspective, the real star of this race was the electric hypernaked Eva Ribelle RS, driven by Colombian veteran and talented Stefano Mesa. Energica electric motorcycles have been produced in Italy's famous motor valley since 2014 and are offered for sale through more than 130 dealers and importers worldwide. Energica Motor Company is part of Ideanomics, a global group that aims to accelerate commercial adoption of electric vehicles since April 2022.
The second round of the 2023 Super Hooligan National Championship will take place June 23-25 at The Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, Washington State (about 90 miles from the state capital, Seattle).
