The 2024 season pre-preparation winter camp was organized by the Turkish Motorcycle Federation (TMF) in Fethiye.
Athletes in the 50, 65, 85, MX, MX1 and MX2 classes participated in the training held at the Fethiye Motocross Track under the supervision of TMF Motocross National Teams Captain Şakir Şenkalaycı. In addition to cornering and ramp jumping training, the instructors also explained advanced driving techniques to the athletes.
Stating that the winter camp was very productive, Turkish Motorcycle Federation Bekir Yunus Uçar said, “We thank our athletes for everything.” zamWe strive to provide opportunities for them to improve themselves. We organized this year's first training camp in Fethiye. I would like to thank Fethiye Forest Sports Club and SS100 Motorcycle Sports Club for organizing the training camp. We received very good feedback from our athletes and their families. "Hopefully, we will continue to organize such camps that will have a great impact on the racing careers of our athletes," he said.
TMF Motocross National Teams Captain Şakir Şenkalaycı said, “The Motocross Winter Camp that we planned during the school holiday was very productive for the athletes. In the camp, we tried to correct the mistakes made by the athletes in the races and teach them new techniques. We tried to provide basic motorcycle training to beginner racers as well as athletes who are successful in their classes. "We would also like to thank our Federation President Bekir Yunus Uçar for giving us the opportunity to evaluate this break in this way," he said.
