Until now, we've mostly known the Volkswagen brand for its practical hatchback models and family-friendly SUVs. However, a newly emerged concept car seems determined to completely shatter all these established norms. This futuristic beast, bearing the Volkswagen logo, which has kept the super sports car chapter closed for many years, may be a dream that hasn't yet gone into mass production, but it certainly deserves to hit the road.
The intern designer's dream was transformed into a 3D model.
The German manufacturer had relinquished this competitive arena to luxury siblings like Lamborghini and Bugatti a quarter of a century after its iconic W12 prototypes. That was until a trainee designer named Fabian Reitz presented his remarkable project. Reitz's ID.DIN T14 design, developed during his internship, didn't remain just on paper; it impressed company executives and was transformed into a three-dimensional prototype model. With its sharp lines and aggressive stance, the car looks like it's straight out of a Batman movie.
Leica Cameras Instead of Traditional Mirrors
Featuring vastly different design details, this futuristic concept replaces traditional side mirrors with high-tech Leica cameras emerging from within the fenders. Special wheels with large, aerodynamic covers perfectly complement the futuristic exterior design. Currently just a collection of creative sketches by a talented intern, this amazing project has already captivated car enthusiasts.
