- 8-10 dates

How to Make Date Moist Muffins?
- Remove the pits from the dates and chop them.
- Blanch in boiling water until softened. Then transfer to a bowl, mash, and puree. Let the puree cool.
- Chop the walnuts into smaller pieces.
- Mix the baking powder and flour in a bowl.
- Cream together the butter and sugar. Once creamy, add the eggs one at a time.
