The electric member of the Corsa range goes beyond the traditional internal combustion hot hatch legacy, introducing an entirely new dimension of performance. The GSE stands out as the most powerful Corsa the brand has ever produced, generating 278 horsepower and 345 Nm of torque; this power allows it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 5,5 seconds. The top speed is limited to 180 km/h, redefining class competition.
The improved driving dynamics are supported by engineering touches. Front-wheel drive configuration, Torsen limited slip differential And when combined with a lowered, stiff suspension, it significantly enhances handling and cornering behavior. The steering sensitivity and throttle response are meticulously tuned; small but noticeable touches have been made to maximize the driving experience. The feel of the pedals contrasts with the four-piston Alcon brakes, complemented by Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Battery and design balance. In terms of efficiency, the lithium-ion battery, with a net capacity of 51 kWh, is noteworthy, although official range figures have not yet been shared. The exterior design is enhanced by aggressive body kits, while the black roof and wide fenders reinforce the car's character. Inside, sports seats, yellow seatbelts, and Alcantara upholstery support this overall look. Aluminum pedals and subtle details in the cockpit further reinforce the car's sporty identity.
