The IONIQ 3, the smallest member of Hyundai's electric family, is making headlines with leaked information before pre-orders begin. The claim that it will be manufactured at the İzmit factory in Türkiye will increase the model's competitiveness in the local market.

The new IONIQ 3, with production plans located in Türkiye, brings its retro-futuristic design theme to compact dimensions. The vehicle is approximately 4,29 meters long, 1,43 meters high, and has a wheelbase of 2,65 meters. Its aerodynamic structure and double rear windows give the car a unique look. The N Line version offers a more aggressive look with its sporty details. And the fact that it will be produced in Türkiye creates a strategic advantage for the local market.
The interior offers a technology-focused experience. The driver display is reminiscent of the Peugeot i-Cockpit, with a large touchscreen panel in the center console; screen sizes range from 12,9 to 14,6 inches. Furthermore, the cockpit, supported by the Pleos Connect infotainment system, retains physical buttons for user comfort. The vehicle's trunk capacity is highlighted at a total of 441 liters.

On the performance sideThe IONIQ 3 uses the 400-volt infrastructure of the E-GMP platform and offers front-wheel drive. Thanks to different battery options, the range varies between 344 km and 496 km. Particularly noteworthy is the fast charging support, allowing for charging from 10% to 80% in less than 30 minutes, and the 22 kW AC charging option provides flexibility for the user. Scheduled to hit the road at the end of the year, the vehicle will be compared to its competitors, the Volkswagen ID.3 Neo and MG4.
