Chery, China's leading automotive exporter, increased its global sales in February by 41,5 percent compared to February 2025, reaching 160,765 units. The brand, which achieved export success exceeding 100,000 units for the tenth consecutive month, became the first Chinese car brand to surpass the 6 million overseas customer mark.

The Chery Group, which operates in 18 countries in Europe, saw its sales in the United Kingdom and EU markets reach approximately 20 units in January alone, representing a 224% increase compared to the same period last year.

Chery, the Chinese automotive giant that stands out with its efforts towards sustainable development, continues to attract attention with its strong growth performance and strategic focus in the global automotive industry, which is undergoing a structural restructuring and technological transformation process. Maintaining its strong performance in February, Chery increased its global sales to 160,765 units. The brand, which increased its sales by 41,5 percent compared to the same period last year, also achieved another significant success by exceeding 100,000 units in exports for the tenth consecutive month. The Chery Group's global customer base surpassed 18,89 million, with over 6,09 million of these being overseas customers. Thus, Chery became the first Chinese car brand to surpass the 6 million overseas customer mark.

The number of users increased by 1 million in eight months!

Chery, which surpassed 5 million overseas users in June 2025, gained 1 million new overseas users in just 8 months and now exports to more than 130 countries and regions. This milestone demonstrates the global competitiveness of Chinese automotive brands. Deepening its presence in highly regulated markets such as Europe and Australia, Chery is shifting from exporting products to exporting technology. The group currently operates in 18 countries in Europe. In January alone, sales in the United Kingdom and EU markets reached approximately 20 units, representing a 224% increase compared to the same period last year.

In Spain, Chery's localization-focused collaborations are strongly supported by both central and local governments. Beyond scaling up, Chery continues to place its ESG approach at the heart of its operations. Following its "In somewhere, For somewhere, Besomewhere" philosophy, Chery aims to be a responsible corporate citizen in every market it operates in. In this context, Chery launched the "Cherish Nature" mangrove restoration project in Kuala Lumpur in collaboration with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the Malaysian Nature Society (MNS).

Strengthening the global service network: Cherd Family Care!

In line with its global growth, Chery continues to enhance its after-sales service capabilities. The company recently successfully completed a centralized global maintenance and technical training program covering 18 countries. This program further strengthened service standards in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Europe. This initiative stands out as a significant step in the global implementation of Chery’s “Chery Familyx Care” approach. The goal is to provide a consistent, reliable, and high-quality service experience for users around the world. To this end, Chery plans to establish four regional training centers in Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe by 2026.

Artificial intelligence in real life!

At the “Chery AI Night” event held in January, the company announced its artificial intelligence strategy, officially entering the AI ​​Intelligence 2.0 era. Chery's AI technologies are rapidly moving from the concept stage to real-world applications. The company's self-developed AIMOGA Robotics solutions have been commercially deployed in various regions. By the end of 2025, Chery robots performed the first robot-assisted awards ceremony at the Asian Youth and Paralympic Games in Dubai. The robots demonstrated advanced dynamic obstacle detection and multi-task coordination capabilities, while also being deployed in transportation hubs and large-scale events worldwide. With over 6 million users abroad, accelerating AI innovation, and strengthening its global service network, Chery is implementing a comprehensive global strategy step by step and advancing towards a stronger position on the international automotive stage.
