Chery is ushering in a new era in after-sales service with its Cross-Border Warranty program, which will be implemented starting in 2026.
Chery recently officially announced its cross-border warranty program. This innovative service policy, effective from 2026, covers all Chery models in global markets. This eliminates traditional regional limitations in automotive aftermarket services, creating a comprehensive, customer-centric model based on the principle of "Warranty everywhere, no matter where you buy it."
The Cross-Border Warranty program covers Chery's entire product range and is valid in all markets where the vehicles are sold. Under this program, vehicle owners who need warranty service abroad can apply to any authorized Chery service center in their country.
To support this program, Chery has implemented a global digital warranty management system. This system allows service centers to access vehicle warranty information across borders, submit warranty claims, and efficiently coordinate original spare parts procurement processes. From fault diagnosis to repair completion, Chery service teams worldwide are committed to providing timely and professional support.
Since the launch of the “Chery Family Care” service brand in 2025, Chery has continued to develop and improve its global service network, maintaining its customer-centric approach.
