The Great Place to Work® certificate is awarded after a comprehensive analysis based on five core criteria: trust, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit. Speaking at the ceremony, Karsan CEO Okan Baş accepted the certificate from a Great Place to Work representative and shared this significant achievement with all Karsan employees. Karsan was first certified as a "Great Company to Work for" by Great Place to Work® in October 2024. 2025 marked the year in which it further expanded its achievements in this area.
