The young athlete came in second in the third leg of the AVIS 2025 Turkish Track Championship held at TOSFED Istanbul Park last month and broke the record for the fastest lap time.

Who is Koray Kamiloğlu?
International Racing Pilot Koray Kamiloğlu was born in Istanbul in 2002. He dreamed of becoming a racing driver from a young age, and at the age of 19, he took his first step toward that goal. He finished the season with five second-place finishes, one first-place finish, and second overall in the 2022 Karting Fest Turkey series, his first race. The young athlete has finished with a 100% podium finish in every race he has participated in. Koray Kamiloğlu is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at The Open University in the UK and is pursuing his career as an international racing driver with a license from the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED).
