Karsan Introduces Autonomous e-JEST to the World

At the fair to be held in Belgium, Karsan will hold the world premiere of its second driverless model, the Autonomous e-JEST, with its "2 launches, one vision" approach, and the launch of the e-ATA Hydrogen, developed in collaboration with Toyota.

Karsan will unveil the Level 4 autonomous driving technology version of its e-JEST, Europe's most popular electric minibus for the past five years, at Busworld 2025. Developed specifically for narrow streets and historic city centers, the model offers a safe, environmentally friendly, and efficient public transportation solution with its Level 4 autonomous driving technology. With its high maneuverability and compact dimensions, the autonomous e-JEST sets a new standard in urban transportation and stands out as the latest reflection of Karsan's mobility vision.

At the fair, Karsan is also introducing the e-ATA Hydrogen model, developed in strategic partnership with Toyota. A significant step toward zero-emission, long-range public transportation, this model combines hydrogen technology with high comfort and environmentally friendly solutions.

The autonomous e-ATAK, which has been used in real-world road conditions in Europe and the US since 2021, has completed over 100 kilometers and carried over 35 passengers. Successfully operating in a variety of scenarios, from university campuses and urban routes to Norwegian tunnels and harsh climates, the autonomous e-ATAK reinforces Karsan's leadership in Level 4 autonomous technology. At Busworld 2025, the model will be exhibited at the Karsan booth and will also offer a test drive experience in the outdoor area of the exhibition.
