Volvo EX30: Electric SUV Specially Developed for the Turkish Market
Volvo's 150 kW rear-wheel drive electric motor, specially developed for the Turkish market, is produced in Belgium's Ghent factory. Positioned at a striking price level in its segment, the EX30's equipment level price for Türkiye has been determined as 1.913.000 TL.
User-Friendly Interior Design and Scandinavian Freshness
The EX30’s interior offers four different ‘inner room’ alternatives designed with sustainable and recycled materials such as denim, linen and wool: Breeze, Mist, Pine and Indigo. In addition, the fixed panoramic glass roof provides a cooler and brighter cabin environment thanks to IR-coated glass technology. Modern features such as the new square-design steering wheel, auto-dimming frameless interior rearview mirror, wireless charging pad and digital key are also included in the interior.
It offers upper segment comfort in a more accessible format with its 12,3-inch central screen, Google-integrated infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and advanced sound system. The Soundbar speaker system used in the model creates the feeling of more space in the interior.
The “Door Opening Warning” (Safe Exit) system helps prevent potential accidents that may occur when cyclists or pedestrians pass on the side of the road; while the new generation Park Pilot Assist offers automatic parking in narrow spaces. The Twin Engine version earns the title of the fastest Volvo car by accelerating from 428 to 0 kilometers in just 100 seconds with its 3,6 horsepower. For users who want a long range, there is also a 476 horsepower Single Extended Range option that offers a range of up to 204 kilometers.
The Ultra level of the EX30 offered in Türkiye includes upper segment features such as a panoramic glass roof, heated front seats, automatic opening trunk, 19-inch aluminum diamond-cut rims, a 9-speaker, 1.040-watt Harman Kardon soundbar sound system offering a 5.1 surround sound experience, a 360-degree camera, a BLIS blind spot warning system and adaptive cruise control as standard.
'We Are One Step Closer to Leadership with EX30, Which Goes Beyond Its Segment'
Volvo Car Turkey General Manager Alican Emiroğlu drew attention to the strategic importance of the EX30 in the Turkish market with the following words: “The entry of the EX30 into the Turkish market is an important milestone in terms of Volvo Car Türkiye’s stable growth targets. With this model, we are taking an important step not only in the transition to electric mobility but also on the path to leadership in the premium SUV segment. The engine option and production priority developed specifically for Türkiye make our country one of the strategic markets in line with this goal.”
