President Altay Meets with Young People at Anatolian Industry
Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay, together with the members of the Metropolitan Municipality Working Youth Assembly and Konya Automobile and Motor Sports Club, came together at a breakfast program at Anadolu Sanayi. Addressing the youth at this meaningful meeting, Mayor Altay said, “The Turkey of the future will offer much more important opportunities for you. Because people who can work and use tools have become very valuable in the world. I am very happy to come together with our friends who know the value of this job like you. We will continue to work on the social life and development of physical opportunities for our friends who work in the industry in particular.”
Working Youth Assembly Sets an Example for Türkiye
Mayor Altay, who emphasized that they work with an understanding that leaves no one behind as municipalities, noted that they organize events not only for students studying but also for young people from all age groups in their youth activities. “Our Working Youth Assembly carries out exemplary work for Türkiye. Because we know that especially our working friends both earn their own living and provide productivity for the country. The Turkey of the future will offer much more important opportunities for you,” he added.
We Care About Your Work
Reminding that many events and activities were carried out through the Working Youth Assembly, President Altay continued his speech as follows: “We attach great importance to the work you do and find it truly valuable. We will continue our work on integrating our friends, especially those working in the industry, into social life and developing physical opportunities. We are aware of your value and have started to develop various projects for your integration with the city. We plan to crown this process even more with new youth assemblies. We are looking for a place to create social areas and event facilities where we can come together. Because we know that a productive person is always valuable. You bring halal sustenance to your home with the sweat of your brow; we, as the public, are obliged to ensure that you have various opportunities.”
President Altay thanked the Working Youth Assembly for implementing such an important social responsibility project while doing their own jobs. He also expressed his gratitude to the members of the Konya Automobile Sports Club who participated in the program. In this meaningful program, which was also attended by Working Youth Assembly President Mehmet Kuyucu and Komoks Konya Automobile and Motor Sports Club President Mustafa Sevgi, the young people were served bagels produced in the Fenni Fırın, which was established by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality.
President Altay Wished Good Business to Regional Tradesmen
Later, Mayor Altay, together with Konya Metropolitan Municipality Working Youth Assembly President Kuyucu, visited the tradesmen in Anadolu Sanayii and wished them good business. Then, he also visited the tradesmen in Binkonutlar Form Bazaar and wished them good business.
