Peugeot's O Models Are the Most Efficient Cars in Ecotest

Peugeot's Success in Electric Models

Peugeot’s fully electric vehicles, the e-208 and e-308, achieved great success by taking first and second place among 2024 models in the 84 Ecotest ranking. According to the company’s statement, Peugeot performed remarkably in the Ecotest conducted by ADAC, an independent testing organization and one of Europe’s leading automobile associations. In this study, the efficiency of the vehicles was evaluated in detail under real-world driving conditions. The results showed that Peugeot has the potential and capabilities to achieve its goal of becoming a leader among mainstream electric vehicle manufacturers in Europe.

Independent Evaluation

The annual Ecotest independently tests the energy efficiency of car models available on the European market. Among the 2024 models tested in the 84 Ecotest study, the Peugeot e-115 and e-156, with an all-electric 208 kW (308 hp) engine, took first and second place respectively. The third Peugeot model to participate in the test was the Peugeot e-2008.

E-2008 is also on the list

Despite being equipped with the same engine option, the Peugeot e-2008 ranked 6th overall, taking first place among all SUV segments. This result once again demonstrates the efficiency of Peugeot’s fully electric models. Moreover, this efficiency is a reflection of the extensive work carried out by the brand’s engineers and designers at every stage, such as the engine, battery and aerodynamics.
