According to the user's statements, the newly purchased headphones had not yet been plugged into a charger and this incident occurred while his friend was trying the device. After the incident, the user immediately contacted Samsung service. The service staff apologized to him and stated that they would investigate the situation.

However, a report sent to the user a few days later stated that the headset did not explode, but was only deformed. In addition, it is claimed that the user was offered a new headset. The person known by the username “Bayazıt” stated that he suffered permanent hearing loss after the explosion and that there was a medical report supporting this situation.
