Turkey's Car Togg; It has successfully passed dozens of technical tests and controls such as battery and vehicle safety, electromagnetic compatibility, vehicle range, braking, front and side collisions, pedestrian protection and maneuvering of electric vehicles. Vehicle Type Approval Certification process has been completed with Togg's production compliance checks. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan gave the document that a car produced from scratch in Turkey could get for the first time.
Successfully passed in one go
Dozens of tests have been completed for Turkey's Car, Togg, whose first delivery was made to President Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan. Before Togg hits the road; It has successfully passed many technical tests and controls such as battery and vehicle safety tests of electric vehicles, electromagnetic compatibility tests, vehicle range, braking, front and side crashes, pedestrian protection and maneuvering. Completing all the tests within the scope of the harmonized European Union automotive legislation, Togg achieved an important success by passing the "electric vehicle safety test", one of the most important tests of electric vehicles, in one go.
“First Type Approval Certificate within the scope of the Regulation”
TSE, Turkey's national conformity assessment and standard preparation organization, performed the domestic tests of Togg with the authorization of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and also participated in international tests. TSE has also completed the Vehicle Type Approval Certification process with the conformity checks of Togg's production. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan handed over the document given to Togg for the first time.
Commenting on the tests Togg passed, Minister Varank said: “Togg is more than a car, it will compete with its competitors in the market very easily. No noise, no harm to the environment, powerful, very comfortable, but the same zamtechnological at the moment.”
