His roles at Siemens were, respectively, Head of Marketing and Communications; Business Development and Strategy; Global Head of Marketing, Communications and Government Affairs Regions. Bulut then joined Philips in Amsterdam to serve as the Global Head of Business Communications for nearly three years.
