The first qualifying rounds of the 'TOSFED Searching for its Star' social responsibility project, which has been sponsored by FIAT since 2017, ended with the participation of a total of 34 candidates, 522 of which were women. At the end of the qualifications held at TOSFED Körfez Racetrack in two phases, the first of which was in May, 40 male and 10 female candidates qualified to participate in the final eliminations to be held on 29-30 September 2022.
All participants use Fiat Egea racing cars. zamFirst, advanced theoretical and practical training will be given to the candidates, accompanied by mentors. The fastest and most successful 10 male and 4 female drivers to be determined after the final eliminations will compete with Fiat Egea racing cars in the three-race 2022 Looking for TOSFED Star series without paying any price. In addition, the license fees of these 14 drivers will be refunded and race equipment such as overalls, helmets, gloves, accommodation and transportation expenses during the race periods will be covered by TOSFED.
