TUCSON, which was selected first in the 7th Car of the Year Competition in Turkey, organized by the Automotive Journalists Association (OGD), received a total of 64 points from 3.710 automotive journalists. TUCSON, which was deemed worthy of first place by Turkish automotive journalists who are experts in their fields, came to the top with the votes of 64 jury members. Having received great acclaim in all markets where it is offered for sale, Hyundai TUCSON won the prestigious "OGD 7 Car of the Year" title among 2022 finalist cars. zamAt the same time, it received the highest score from the jury members with its innovative and unique design. Murat Berkel, General Manager of Hyundai Assan, received this prestigious award from the OGD Chairman of the Board of Directors Ufuk Sandık at the award ceremony held at the Intercity Istanbul Park Track, and in his speech he thanked all the jury members and Turkish consumers who preferred TUCSON.

Automotive Journalists Association consists of 64 voting members. TUCSON became one of the 36 finalist cars after the first voting in the 7-vehicle competition that entered the list this year. In order for the vehicles to be included in the category, they must have been sold between March 2021 and February 2022.
