Seda Kaçan, who has developed her passion for motor sports with the trainings she has received since 2020, and who has drawn attention with 2021 podiums, 10 of which were first, in 2 starts in the Senior Category of the Turkish Karting Championship, which she followed in the 7 season, completed the championship as the third in Turkey in her first year. Seda Kaçan, who participated in the 2022 Turkish Track Championship, whose first foot races were held at İzmir Ülkü Park Racetrack, within her team Bitci Racing, took an important step towards demonstrating the presence of women in motor sports with her successful race.

“It is a sad fact that 62% of young women believe that there are obstacles in front of their dreams. I was 27 years old when I had the opportunity to start motor sports. Moreover, I have been in business life for years, so I am quite busy. Still, I didn't let these obstacles stop me. Everyone listed obstacles in front of me starting this male-dominated sport, moreover, at this age. I didn't listen to anyone, I gave my answer with my mugs. Last season, I followed the Turkish Karting Championship to gain racing experience. But my real dream was to race with a car. I am very happy that I made my dream come true this year with a team like Bitci Racing that won 5 championships in its first year. The whole team supports me a lot, especially our Team Director İbrahim Okyay. I finished the first race 6th and the second race 5th in the championship that I will follow all season. I am also very happy to inspire my friends with the successes I have achieved in the race.
