Turkey's global land systems manufacturer Otokar continues to showcase its products and capabilities in the defense industry in the international arena. The company participated in Europe's largest defense industry fair Eurosatory 17, which started in Paris, the capital of France, and will last until June 2022, with its 6 vehicles that are known worldwide.

Otokar, one of the Koç Group companies that successfully represents the Turkish defense industry abroad, took part in Eurosatory 2022, the largest defense industry fair in Europe and held in Paris, the capital of France, with 6 vehicles of different types and features from its wide product family. Otokar will exhibit ARMA 500×33, ARMA 200×6, TULPAR tracked vehicles, COBRA II and COBRA II MRAP vehicles at the fair, where 6 national pavilions and more than 8 official delegations are expected to attend, as well as 8 exhibitors.

We stand out with our global knowledge, design and engineering capabilities, and R&D studies. In the last 10 years, we have allocated approximately 8 percent of our turnover to R&D activities. ARMA Multi-Wheel Vehicle Family

Otokar's multi-wheeled armored vehicles ARMA 6×6 and ARMA 8×8 are exhibited at Eurosatory 2022 with two different MIZRAK turrets of the company's own design. The ARMA new generation multi-wheeled vehicle family, which has proven itself in different geographies with its mobility and survivability, serves in a wide range of missions as an ideal platform for different purposes with its modular structure. The survivability, level of protection and mobility of modern armies offer a solution suitable for today's combat conditions. Offering high combat weight and large interior volume, the ARMA family also draws attention with its low silhouette. Thanks to his amphibious kit, he can swim without any preparation and can speed up to 8 km/h in water. Armored monocoque hull structure providing high level of ballistic and mine protection; Being a modular platform that allows the integration of mission equipment or weapon systems with different qualities, ARMA can be used with different weapon systems from 7,62 mm to 105 mm, and can be adapted to many tasks such as command and control, ambulance, direction, and rescue.

Tracked Armored Combat Vehicle: TULPAR

Otokar exhibits its TULPAR tracked armored vehicles with a 2022 mm COCKERILL 105 turret and a 3105 mm RAFAEL SAMSON remotely controlled turret at Eurosatory 30. The TULPAR family stands out with its mobility, high firepower and survivability features. TULPAR's modular design approach, designed as a multi-purpose tracked vehicle with the potential to expand between 28000 kg and 45000 kg in a way to meet the requirements that may arise in the future, enables the use of a common body structure and common subsystems for different configurations. The ability of TULPAR's different vehicle configurations to work with common subsystems increases the flexibility of use.

Tested by different users in the harshest climatic and heavy terrain conditions in different geographies, TULPAR has the best ballistic and mine protection in its class with its modular armor technology and armor structure that can be configured and scaled according to threats. While it offers an effective solution for missions that require high firepower up to 105 mm, it can serve in all kinds of combat environments, from residential areas with narrow streets and light bridges to wooded areas, in terrain conditions where Main Battle Tanks cannot operate due to their weight, thanks to its superior mobility.

COBRA II Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicle

COBRA II stands out with its high level of protection and transport, and its large interior volume. In addition to its superior mobility, the COBRA II, which has the capacity to carry 10 personnel, including the commander and the driver, offers a high level of security thanks to its superior protection against ballistic, mine and IED threats. Providing high performance in the most challenging terrain and climatic conditions, the COBRA II is optionally produced in amphibious type and perfectly adapts to different tasks required. COBRA II, which is especially preferred thanks to its wide weapon integration and mission hardware equipment options, successfully carries out many missions in Turkey and export markets, including border protection, internal security and peacekeeping operations. same as COBRA II zamThanks to its modular structure, it can also serve as a personnel carrier, weapon platform, land surveillance radar, CBRN reconnaissance vehicle, command control vehicle and ambulance. Built for the Toughest Missions: COBRA II MRAP

Drawing attention in export markets, the COBRA II Mine Protected Vehicle (COBRA II MRAP) vehicle was developed to provide high survivability in risky areas. Unlike this class of vehicles, it offers users high ballistic and mine protection and high transportation expectations with its unique mobility. Due to the low center of gravity of the COBRA II MRAP compared to similar mine-proof vehicles in the world, it offers superior mobility and unmatched handling not only on stabilized roads, but also on the terrain. Less noticeable with its low silhouette, the vehicle offers logistical advantages to its users on the battlefield with its modular structure. The vehicle, which has the capacity to carry up to 11 people with different layout options, can be configured as 3 or 5 doors in accordance with user requirements.
