AVIS 2022 Turkey Climbing Championship 5th Leg Kartepe Climbing Race is organized by Kocaeli Automobile Sports Club (KOSDER) on Sunday, June 05, with the participation of 4 athletes in 25 categories.
Organized with the contributions of ICRYPEX, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kartepe Municipality, the race will be run on 6 exits on the 3-kilometer track between Derbent Town and Kartepe. The organization, which will start with administrative and technical checks between 04-10.00 on Saturday, June 14.00, will continue with training sessions between 16.00-19.00 on the same day. On Sunday, June 05, at 10:00, the race will start in front of Bayrak Tepe Cafe in Kartepe Derbent and will end with an award ceremony after the completion of 3 starts.
Before the second climbing race of the season, Bahadır Sevinç in Category 1, Kaan Kara in Category 2, Ahmet Keskin in Category 3 and Selim Bacıoğlu in Category 4 are in the lead.
