TEI has been named the Business that Most Values ​​Women Employees for the third time in a row by the World Aviation Women's Institute.

The events organized within the scope of Aviation Women's Week, which has been celebrated every year since 2010 in order to inspire especially female students and introduce the aviation industry, took place this year under pandemic conditions. Having hosted female students on its campus in previous years, TEI organized its events online this year. Questions from female students were answered in an online interview attended by TEI Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director Yeliz Çetinkaya, TEI Turboshaft System Design Integration Manager Fatoş Bahar Çekyay and TEI Quality System and Certification Technical Leader Ayşin Özkan, watched by over 2000 people on TEI YouTube channel. Various gifts were given to the participants in the quiz show held after the talk.

Not forgetting its female employees this week, which included Women's Day, TEI gave gifts to all female employees and took photos for the memory of the day by creating a photo corner.
