Award to Santa Farnma with Safe Driving Project

Santa Farma, which participated in the Occupational Health and Safety Good Practice Competition organized for the second time this year by KIPLAS, with its “Safe Vehicle Use” project, was awarded the second prize.

Santa Farma participated in the Occupational Health and Safety Good Practice Competition organized for the second time this year by KIPLAS with its “Safe Driving” project. The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, academicians and representatives of leading companies in the field were members of the jury for the competition. The jury members, who carefully examined each more valuable projects, awarded Santa Farma with the second prize with its "Safe Vehicle Use" project.

Santa Farma, realizing different projects that will benefit all areas of life, is pioneering the adoption and implementation of safe vehicle use culture with its Safe Vehicle Use project. In this way, it provides measurable reductions in traffic accidents and penalties. Thanks to the project, while reducing fuel consumption, it also contributes to the reduction of carbon emissions in the atmosphere for a cleaner world.

Thanks to the Vehicle Safety System that Santa Farma has implemented in its own company vehicles since 2017, 41,4% in total traffic accidents, 48,5% in traffic accidents with driver defects, 35,9% in the number of drivers involved in traffic accidents, 8,3% in traffic fines, 24,4% in fines, 20,5% in fines for mobile phone use, and 8% in fuel consumption.
