Within the scope of the protocol signed after the approval of the IMM Assembly, it will undertake important duties for the healthy and safe conduct of the giant organization. The preparatory work carried out by 22 units under the coordination of the Directorate of IMM Support Services Department of Youth and Sports has reached the final stage.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKS ARE COMPLETED
To work for Formula 1 Turkey Grand Prix, started the race track and surrounding areas. In this context, works such as the construction of the parking lot asphalt of Intercity Istanbul Park, repair of damaged surface, maintenance and repair, barrier support, leveling and supply of asphalt fractures were accelerated. The bridge and overpasses in the facility and the wires around the runway will be undergoing maintenance and repair. Wall and concreting will be made at the necessary points in these areas. The paddock building, tribune backs, buildings to be used as crisis and security centers, referee and observer towers are among the places to be repaired by IMM. IMM will also provide machinery and equipment support for similar studies to be carried out by different institutions.
DIRECTIONS AND SIGNALIZATION IS ORGANIZED ACCORDING TO THE RACE

IMM'S EMERGENCY AID TEAMS WILL BE ON THE RUNWAY
The emergency response and aid teams of IMM will be at Intercity Istanbul Park, where the organization will be held fully equipped. During the preparation process of the organization and during the three-day race, the ambulance and health personnel of the Municipality will be on alert in order to respond to emergencies that may occur. Likewise, fire, natural disaster, accident, etc. Fully equipped fire trucks and sufficient number of personnel will be assigned to respond to situations.
ACCESS TO VOLUNTEERS AND OFFICIALS IS FREE
IMM will fulfill another important task at the transportation point to the track where the race will be held. A sufficient number of buses and personnel will be assigned from different central points for 5 days in order for the sports supervisors and volunteers to reach the field in the race, which will be held without an audience. During the race, the on-track transportation of the officials will be made by buses allocated by the Municipality. Organization volunteers will be able to use different public transportation vehicles free of charge by showing their accreditation cards. The announcement of the roads that will be closed on the runway route during the event will be announced to Istanbulites on the roadside screens with the IMM Mobile Traffic Application.
PROMOTION WILL BE MADE IN ALL ADVERTISING INDUSTRIES OF IMM
IMM has held various positions in the organization point of Turkey and reach a wider audience in Istanbul. Billboard and billboard pluses, rackets, mega light and giant boards, electric poles, bus / tram stops, overpasses, portrait boards, poster boards inside the wagon, digital panels and displays and lightboxes within the body of IMM and located in different locations. SECURITY, CLEANING AND FOOD FROM IMM
Other contributions of IMM to the Formula 1 organization are as follows: Night safety of the track will be provided. Drinks and food needs of staff and volunteers will be met. IMM; Equipment such as mobile toilet, iron barrier, skittle, chair will be provided. During the race days, the surrounding street animals will also be kept under control.
Throughout the organization, insecticides will be sprayed throughout the facility and rodent stations will be prepared for rodents so that F1 pilots, racing teams and all organization officials do not encounter any adversity. A sufficient number of garbage containers will be kept around and inside the facility, on the arrival and departure routes, and the necessary vehicle and personnel support for cleaning will be provided.
GIANT GENERATORS WILL COMMISSIONED
During the race, sufficient number of vehicles, sewage trucks and all the necessary crew and equipment will be available in the field against possible energy cuts. In case of a possible power outage, the large power generators of the facility will be kept ready for commissioning in order to prevent the race from interrupting. Mobile generator support will be provided in some areas. Lighting poles will be maintained and mobile lighting towers with generators will be provided.
FIGHTING PIRATE
Unlicensed product sales, black market or mobile sales will not be allowed during the organization period in and around the facility. IMM Police Teams will work to protect F1 brand rights. Unlicensed product sales that are detected will be blocked.
