Vural Ak, Chairman of the Board of Intercity Istanbul Park, which will host the event, stated that the track can host 100,000 spectators at half capacity within the framework of social distance rules, but the number of spectators may be less due to the coronavirus epidemic worldwide.
About 20,000 foreign tourists for the race is expected to arrive in Turkey expressing Ak, from $ 50 million foreign visitors, he said he expects the race to create a total expenditure of $ 100 million together with locals and visitors.

Stating that all of the costs are covered by Intercity Istanbul Park, Ak said that an agreement was made for the race to be held only this year, but then an agreement could be signed for a few years.
In the Formula 1 race, which is known for its expensive tickets, prices in Istanbul will start from 30 lira per day for the three-day race. There are 12 different price categories in the race.
