Silivri 3rd Stage Social Housing, which was completed by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality company KİPTAŞ, is getting its owners. The flat determination draw, which was planned to be held on March 22, 2020, was canceled in accordance with the measures taken in our country due to the pandemic epidemic. Due to the ongoing restrictions, Kiptaş management decided to hold the lottery on live broadcast.

The draw will be held at 22 am on Friday, May 10.00 with the participation of İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu and Kiptaş General Manager Ali Kurt. With a lottery held by the notary public, the apartments where the rights holders will step into a new life will be determined. The lottery will be broadcast live on Kiptaş's social media accounts and İBB TV.
Silivri 3rd Stage Social Housing is located 5 minutes away from the E5 highway and TEM highway in the Alipaşa neighborhood of Silivri district. In the project, there are 447 2 + 1 flats, 66 3 + 1 flats as well as a primary school consisting of 26 classrooms, 4 laboratories, a mosque for 300 people, a health center and 7 commercial units.
April and May installments were postponed for two months for Silivri 3rd Stage beneficiaries who may have difficulties in the pandemic process, while the interim payment in May was arranged in four equal installments in July, August, September and October.
