Ankaray Line will be extended to Mamak with 8 Stations! Tender Notice Published

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality will connect the Mamak district, located in the eastern part of the Capital City, to the ANKARAY line running between Ankara Intercity Terminal Operation (AŞTİ) and Dikimevi. Preliminary qualification proposals for the "Implementation Definitive Project Services Tender" of the Dikimevi-Natoyolu Light Rail System (HRS) line project will be received on 4 June 2020. The EGO General Directorate, which announced the tender announcement of the line, which will be 7,4 kilometers long, also shared the details.

Taking the first step for the Dikimevi-Natoyolu Light Rail System Line (HRS) Project, the Metropolitan Municipality will receive its prequalification proposals on June 4, 2020.

The EGO General Directorate took the first step for the “Final Design Services Tender for the A1 Line (ANKARAY) Sewing-Natoyolu Rail System Extension Line.” Companies who want to participate in the project and are interested in the project will be able to access detailed announcements about the tender from the website of the EGO General Directorate.

The firms that will participate in the prequalification assessment will be determined in the first 6 firms in order of scoring and will be invited to the tender of the work to be done later. While the contract is foreseen to be completed within 8 months after the contract with the awarded company, the project and tender documents produced during this process will start the construction tender phase.

RAIL SYSTEM TRANSPORT NETWORK IS EXPANDING IN THE CAPITAL

The Dikimevi-Natoyolu line, which will be connected to the Ankara Intercity Terminal Enterprise (AŞTİ) and the ANKARAY line operating between Dikimevi, will be 7,4 kilometers long and will consist of 8 separate stations.

Within the scope of the construction work, ANKARAY (AŞTİ-Dikimevi) line, which was put into operation in 1996, will be revised and 1 station and 0,788 km line from AŞTİ to Söğütözü will be commissioned. When the construction work is completed, it will be put into operation as a 2 kilometer line and 16,8 stations between Söğütözü and Natoyolu. In this process, the existing ANKARAY line will continue its operation.
