Dacia, which has achieved great success in our country and has broken sales records, retires its 2020-liter petrol engine in the Dacia Duster 1,6 model, instead it comes with a new engine with 1,0-liter turbo gasoline.
A new gasoline engine option for Dacia Duster, which comes to our country with 1,6 and 1,3 liter gasoline and 1,5 liter diesel engine options, will soon be offered to Duster lovers. The 1,6 model Duster, which will enter our country with a small-volume turbo gasoline engine rather than 2020 gasoline atmospheric engines, will provide many advantages to its users. The name of the 1.0-liter and three-cylinder turbo gasoline engine, which emerged from the Renault-Nissan partnership, is expected to be TCe 100. This 1,0-liter turbo gasoline engine is expected to be both fuel-stingy and have very good carbon emission values.
Dacia Duster 2020 - 1,0 liter New Engine Option
The 1,0-liter engine, which is expected to be used only in front-wheel drive and manual versions, is expected to produce 100 PS and 160 Nm of torque. Thanks to these figures, the vehicle will be able to reach a maximum speed of 165 km/h, and it is expected that 0-100 km/h will be around 12,5 seconds. There seems to be a noticeable increase in the acceleration and maximum speed values of the vehicle compared to the old 1,6-liter naturally aspirated engine, and the new engine will emit 1,6% less carbon than the old 18-liter engine and the average fuel consumption will be around 5,5 liters. The vehicle, which is expected to be produced in Romanian facilities, is expected to be offered for sale around 12.500 euros. It is not yet known how much it will be sold for in our country.
